You may have gathered, my name is Carley Carter!
As a 3rd Generation Coloradoan, I'm here to be your resource about everything Denver and the surrounding areas have to offer.
As a REALTOR®, I stand out above the rest because my top priority is 100% my clients and what's best for them. This is shown through my open availability, advocating and negotiating from the moment we speak through the day we close, my open and rapid communication, my knowledge of the Denver area market and how to compete, and the genuine care I have for each and every one of my clients.
I'm incredibly passionate about helping first-time home buyers and helping them understand what might feel like a daunting process, as well as walking with them every step of the way. I also love helping people who are relocating to Denver to figure out areas/neighborhoods that best fit them and what they like to do, as well as what's most important to them.

Outside of real estate, when I'm not working you're likely to find me outdoors. I love to fly fish, hike, go offroading, mountain bike, snowboard, and go camping.
